As covid-19 circulates the world JSS is encouraging social distancing and hoping for the spread of everyone’s HEALTH! We have halted the lesson program but don’t want to halt learning.
Online lessons will include 3 videos EACH WEEK consisting of riding tutorials and demos with our various horses. I will be talking about some of the techniques that we use in lessons as well as other exercises and it’ll give you the opportunity to see how it effects the horse from the ground. When I say ‘pick up your inside hand’ why am I saying that and how does it affect the horse? What does it look like to have a horse ‘in a frame’ or ‘on the bit’?
Additionally we will be having weekly online horsemanship classes which will cover a variety of topics involved with horse care and ownership.
