This year’s show season started off quite late due to COVID concerns and we definitely limited the total number of outings for the summer so that we could all remain safe. We had some wonderful rides and wonderful additions to our show team!
Maddie entered her very first show this year, taking Lily in the walk/trot division. Ari took Skipper AND Benny to their first shows this year also in the walk/trot division. Hannah was another new member to our show team; she rode in the novice WTC division first with Lily and finished out the year with Ben. Ana made her debut in over fences (2’3″) and continued to kick butt with her mare Shaya in WTC 12&under. Nico, who was with me to get broke this summer, even entered in the WT Green horse division with his owner Deb (and rocked it like he’s been showing for years)! I showed in the WTC Green Horse division- first with Heather’s gelding Beamer and later with my mare Jada.
I am super proud of the dedication, hard-work, sportsmanship and camaraderie displayed by all. Thank you for a wonderful season and I can’t wait to see how far we all grow through the winter!
