‘Blairs Neon Nugget’ (Skipper) is a 1998 registered APHA owned by Linda Talbert, loved by everyone! This boy has the sweetest personality and takes care of whoever is on his back. He’s done extensive trail rides, versatility, even popped over a few jumps!
